Maximal Youth Programs 

Ages 8- 12 years 

Class designed to develop mobility, strength, body awareness and fundamental movement patterns that will translate into any athlete’s performance. Classes will be held Saturdays from 10:30 - 11:15 AM, begining on March 23. Registration for these class are on a drop in basis. Cost is $10 per class. Click here to register.
